How to Raise a Complaint with Laughedif Pest Control

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Laughedif Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Laughedif Pest Control
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by taking it up with the provider. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Know that Laughedif Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.
If your worry is how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in New Jersey.
How to File
Email contact@laughedif.property and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
